Our Story

Over 90 years of tradition, passion and dedication to the art of framing

Our story begins back in 1934, when master craftsman Trišić Dragoljub (1910-1988), after completing his apprenticeship under Fridrid Bachinger, founded an independent frame-making workshop. With passion for the craft, precision and attention to detail, he ran the workshop for a full 54 years, laying the foundations of a tradition that continues today.

The craft was carried on by Buza (Trišić) Milena (1934-2013), who opened her own workshop as a gilder in 1971. Her love for the art of decoration, dedication to quality and preservation of traditional framing techniques set new standards in the trade and continued the family craft with the same passion and devotion.

The tradition was further carried on by Buza Mihalj (1961-), who opened his own frame-making workshop in 1983. Combining decades of family experience with contemporary approaches and technologies, he continues to preserve the spirit of the craft, adapting it to the demands of modern times and new generations of art lovers.

Today the family story continues with Buza Eva (1992-), an entrepreneur in trade and craftsmanship, who connects inherited tradition with a modern business approach through her work. Born on October 14, 1992, Eva contributes to the further development of the family craft, preserving the values this story was built on - dedication to quality, respect for handwork and love for the art of picture framing in Subotica.

What Drives Us

"Framing is not just a craft - it is the art of preserving memories, conveying emotions and creating a connection between past and present."

Tradition meets innovation: We preserve techniques that are almost a century old, but constantly adapt them to modern needs and aesthetics. Every frame is a blend of family knowledge and understanding of modern trends.

Quality without compromise: From material selection to final finishing, every step goes through the same strict standards set by previous generations. Your memories deserve nothing less than perfection.

A personalized approach: No two projects are the same. Every client, every picture, every space carries its own unique story. We listen, advise and create solutions that are perfect just for you.

More than a craft: For us, framing is not just a job - it's a way of life, a legacy we pass on, and a passion that drives us to be better every day.
